Due to changing cost and availability, we reserve the right to alter our prices. Our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, Track7 does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without notice.
Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. We do not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our website at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.
In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions and possible restocking fees.
To cancel monthly GPS service, please contact our customer service department during normal business hours at 925-897-6460. Please contact us 48 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Purchase of any GPS system constitutes agreeing to activation and monthly service fees chosen upon sale.
All items returned are subject to an inspection/testing process.
If it is determined that an item returned is not in the salable condition you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% of the price paid for the item. Conditions that will incur a restocking fee include, but are not limited to: damage to the product, its components, accessories or packaging. A restocking fee may also be assessed for missing parts, accessories or packaging.
If the product has been altered or physically damaged due to misuse, this may void the warranty and/or return eligibility of the item. In these rare cases your return may be denied and the product will be returned to you.
If you have any issues regarding any content in our website or in any mobile application, please do write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll take the required measures. Any kind of legal action would be invalid.

Registration and account information
When you create or reconfigure your account and use our App you voluntarily give us personal information, such as your name, email, phone number and, when necessary, billing information. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages to that number from us. You may choose to provide us with additional information, for example, with your permission, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book, calendar or messages. If authorized by you, we may also have an on-going access to your personal information from third-party social media sites like Facebook, if you and/or users of those sites
give us access to such information, depending upon your or users’ settings on those sites. We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

In serving you, we may use or store your precise geographic location, if you give us permission to do so. We may see and store information about your location to provide features of our App and to improve and customize the App. We do not use or share this data for any other purpose. Many devices will indicate through an icon when
location services are operating. We only share this location information with others as approved by you.
Our servers automatically record information (“log data”) created by your use of the App. Log data may include information such as your IP address, operating system, device and search terms. We receive log data when you sign into our App. We use log data to provide our service, measure and improve it. Limited period of personal data storage Our systems are designed to retain log data for up to 30 days after it is collected. We remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number, location) and other preferences associated with your account promptly after you delete your account.
Restrictions towards children
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and
terminate the child’s account. No ad companies collect data through our service We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting.
